I bought a My Book Home Edition 500 gb Hard Drive, and it doesn’t work when I plug it into my PC. It was formatted using a Mac computer (I’m not sure which operating system) and it has a couple important files on it. I don’t have access to a Mac and I need to access it on my Windows XP Home Edition computer. How can I do this?
Well you better start looking for a Mac, you should have formatted FAT32 if you wanted to use it on both. Windows can’t see anything in Mac format HFS I think.
