My 1TB external drives cannot detect of my laptop, but other laptop can read it

As you can see on the picture disk 1 is unallocated, the led indicator light up, but i have nothing to open my external hard disk, what should i do?

I would like also to remove password on that external, i know the password but i just want to get rid of it, tnx

Hello jaydayao,

It seems that your drive has gone bad as it showing not initialized and the drive is showing in RAW file format (Unallocated).

If you have important data stored in the drive, you can try contacting Data Recovery companies approved by WD to recover the data. If the password is setup on the drive, it is hard to recover the data from the drive, but you can give it a try, if needed.
