Hi, I have the SanDisk Clip Jam, and I had music files in the Music folder. All of a sudden the Music folder is missing when I look in the Mp3 player, but when I connect in to the computer I see everything there. Does anyone know how to retrieve it so I can find it in the Mp3 player? Thanks.
In the Settings menu, there is a “Customize” option. Here you can shut off, or hide menu items you don’t use, or want to see. It’s possible your Music menu got hidden by accident.
Go into Settings > System Setting > Customize & see if this might be the case.
