I recently bought SansaExpress from Amazon.com. It worked great until I broke the screen by accident. Fortunately it still works fine as I sometimes could listen to songs when I was lucky to randomly hit correct menu sequences. My PC could see the unit and I could charge battery and transfer songs. I need to have menu sequences so I could still use it without seeing screen. I will always start by hard reset (select and Volume up buttons simultaneously). Then what menu is on the screen and how to go further until I could listen (Play All) to all songs? If you have complete menu sequences it would help me using all features even without screen.
