Low Speed ? - WD My Passport 4to

Hello everyone (sorry for my poor english, I’m french).

I bought 2 external hard drive “My passport 4 to” for making back up.
Yersterday I copy the files of my 1st hard drive to the second one, and it was very slow (30 mo/s) !
So I try to make some test for understanding, and here is what I found (all the hard drive are connnect on a usb 3.0 port) :

  • If I copy from my internal hard drive to external (my passport), the speed is very high, around 130 mo/s
  • If I copy from my external (my passport) to my internal hard drive, the speed is very slow : 30 mo/s
  • If I copy between my 2 external hard drive (my passport), the speed is very slow : 30 mo/s

How can it be ? I read some test about this external hard drive, at least it need to run at 80 mo/s (far from mine) !!
Can you help me to solve this problem ?

WD My passport 4 TB, WDBYFT0040BBK-0A.
This is terrible! Low write speed. 5-6 mb/s! Reading is normal 80-100 mb/s.
I have couple of the same WD, a couple of seagete, one maxtor/samsung. The problem is with only one WD!
