has anyone had the problem of not being able to reset? i went to use it i must of pushed too many choices too fast and sent my junk into a meltdown. I’ve tried to reset and it works ok but then it stays on the opening screen until the battery dies or i turn it off! is there anything i can do to listen to my music or should i give up?
