I was stopped using this device for years and now wanted to use it with my Windows 10 machine but it’s not detected. I have some information store on it which secured with my fingerprint. How to re-gain access to my data through my Windows 10 machine?

To regain access to your fingerprint-secured device on a Windows 10 machine, start by checking if it’s properly connected and try different USB ports or cables. Look in Device Manager and Disk Management for recognition issues and update or reinstall drivers if needed. Make sure the fingerprint authentication software is installed and up-to-date, and check that your Windows 10 system is fully updated. If the device still isn’t detected, try connecting it to another computer to see if the problem is with the device or your Windows 10 machine. If this doesn’t work then try windows data recovery software to get back your data and access it.
