Home button stopped working

Hey,

I’ve head my clip for a while and I just noticed my home button stopped responding.

Which menus should I evade so I don’t get locked in them? Is there a way to fix it? All I know is I still get clicking sound when I click it.

It is either a firmware problem or a hardware problem. If it is a firmware problem, then if you download and reload the firmware on the player it should be fixed. Sometimes the firmware in the player can get corrupted. If that doesn’t work, and the player is less than a year old, then send it to Sandisk for replacement.
