The songs keep skipping. I tried reseting it but that did not work.
You’re going to have to give more details. What kind of files are they? Are they a supported format? What bit-rate? Could they be corrupted? Do they play all right on your computer or another device? How did you transfer them to the player? What USB mode are you using? Are you using a Windows, Linux, or Apple machine?
It could just be the classic headphone jack problem. New Fuzes have a very tight headphone jack. You think you’re fully connected but you’re not. Push in your headphone plug and twist it, then try again.
