My fuze stopped downloading u tube videos. I already upgrade the software, but I still keep getting the same error the " video converter encounter an error". Can anybody help me with this issue.

The Fuze never did download video, from YouTube or anywhere else. You have to download them, then convert them for playback and transfer to the Fuze. Sometimes the Sansa Media Converter software will do this, but depending the the source video format, it may require an additional conversion first with a different program.
You can always try Video4fuze. A lot of people have had good success with it.
