Ok, I accept I’m getting on, but I have a WD Elements and a WD My Passport and have forgotten the passwords! I want to wipe the Elements and continue to use the Passport. Any ideas how I can get in to them?
You can download WD Utilities to wipe the drives…It will format and erase all contain on the drives even you don’t remember the password. If you still want to keep your data then you need to remember the password to access the drive.
