I have a SanDisk ImageMate 5 in 1 Reader. When I insert my older 512 MB card iPhoto opens immediately. However, with my new 8 GB SD HC card the computer doesn’t seem to read that anything is in the reader. I tried downloading an updated version, but it was an exe. file. How do I get my card reader to register the new card for a Mac?
You probably need a newer card reader that supports the SDHC format.
