Extreme Portable SSD drives not being recognized in file explorer

I have three sandisk 2t sandisk extreme ssd drive. I don’t use them often because I Don’t need to back up information and files that often. I needed to get pictures off the drive to test my digtal frame. I plugged all three of the drives into my computer in the usb -c port. My computer does not recognize any of the three drives. I don’t see the drives in file Explorer. Norton also does not ask me to scan the plugged in drive as well. I think I see the in the device manager but describe as unidentified I think. I hope my drives are OK. I can’t believe all three would break the same time. Could it be a driver issue or for ware? I hope. I am not having a good week. My computer is running windows 10 and norton 360.
I plugged all 3 SSD drives into my wife’s computer. The computer recognized all 3 drives and I could open all of the files on them as well. The drives seem to work normally with my wife’s computer. The only difference is my wife computer’s windows 11 and my computer is running Windows 10. What is the problem with my computer? Some setting?
