My passport has sat collecting dust for quite some time…
I went to use it last night and it would not upload. It was flipping between saying to select and partial backup…
So I tried to reformat it - start from scratch. It still will not upload. I tried to update the software, but it’s giving an error message saying another app is running and needs to be closed first… but nothing else is open.
When I try to go to the backup page and try again, it just sits there saying “select contact to back up,” even though that has already been done and I’ve told it to start backup.
