e250 trouble

can someone plz help me

i’ve tried everything but nothing is working

my e250 is connected to my computer and it says connected on the screen but when i checked in “my computer” its not there and when i try using the media converter or windows media player it says no player detected,even though its connected

any help would be appreciated,i just bought it today and i dont know what to do

Try changing the USB mode and reconnect it, what happens then?

i tried that but nothing happened, i tried it on my sisters computer and it worked fine,but the minute i connect it to mine, the computer doesnt respond.
