Formated my 16gb flash drive and now Its only showing up as 2.7gb .-. How do I fix this?

How did you format it? As as what FAT? It should be FAT32.

I would try formatting it again, maybe using different software to do it.

First time that I have seen this issue. I’d make sure that it’s on NTFS. I hope that this is already working for you though upon reading this.

NTFS is for hard drives not flash drives.  Flash drives used FAT32 and exFAT.
