I just purchased a 4 tb WD My Passport drive and am unable to simply copy files to this drive using copy and paste. I know of no other way to copy files to a storage drive and do not understand why this is not working. This is not my first WD storage drive. I have three others which I have purchased over the years.
My question is how do I copy files from one WD passport to this new 4tb drive. Or how do I backup selected files on my laptop
