Everything was ok, until today. When I’m turning my sansa on, it’s stop on the logo and it’s there for like forever. I tried connecting it to the PC, it isn’t recognised unless(i think) battery is dead, then I can see it on the PC but I can’t format it (windows can’t… blah blah). I can’t even go to clip’s options. Resetting, hard resetting, nothing works.
Help.
Assuming you have tried holding the power switch up for about a minute, I would suggest to format it already. First turn off the Clip completely and put it on Hold by sliding the Power switch down. Hold the center button while connecting to your computer and it should now be recognized under My Computer.
