Hi to all,
My clip stopped being recognized and charging batteries, I tried with several USB ports on many computers and with AC adapters, nothing helps. Now the battery is empty, when it is connected the “connected” screen appears with an empty battery but nothing happens, no computer seems to be able to recognize it. I checked all the obvious stuff (Device manager, wmp11 and so on…)
please help
