CF card down load not able to view pictures on my cloud app

I used a CF card reader with USB port. It imported the images , no thumbnail photos and I can’t open them in the my cloud app. I can open them when hooked up to my computer with cable.

Thanks for trying. Didn’t help. Still no thumbnails , still can’t open photos in the my cloud app. I get a big ?

Is it all the photos or just certain ones? Are they JPEGs or other kind?

All the pictures from that card.I shot some more pictures on the same card with the same results.

If even the JPEGs are not working, then prb the database isn’t working. And if you already tried reset databased method instructed in the link above, then prb something wrong with your drive. You should submit a ticket to the WD Support team for further assistance.
