can't sync music to micro sd card

I have a sansa fuze 4gb with an 8gb micro sd card ~  The 4gb internal memory is full and I want to sync music files onto the 8gb card which shows up in Windows Media Player when I click Next Device.  When I try to get files onto it, I get error messages with no code or Web Help button.  What am I doing wrong?

Unplug it from the computer, and plug it back in. It is possible that WMP just didnt load it properly.

Hi. I use MediaMonkey, and I have the same problem. MediaMonkey only sees my 2Gb Fuze as an external drive, but the microSD is also accessible under My Computer. This means I can only copy files but cannot synchronise files to this drive. Tried WMP before but I couldnt understand how the sync function works.

In MM you need to be in MSC mode to see the 2 devices. You always have to have to set the Card up as a device in MM. Check out their board for the exact instructions.
