can I upgrade

I have a Sansa Connect and I would like to know if I could upgrade  or trade for to the Sansa View or the Sansa e280 for free, and do they accept alittle damage in the player?(i.e. scratches,etc)

I would say probably not, as they do not support that player anymore.  And even if they did, you wouldn’t get much of anything for it… definately not an even trade for another model.

I asked about trading because my Connect is messed up so we were going to warranty it and get a new one but we said lets try trading. What would I have to do to get rid of this connect? I wouldnt even be able to get it replaced by warranty?

Your first post says your Connect has some scratches, but your last post says it’s “messed up”.  What exactly do you mean?  Does it play music?

I doubt your Connect is still under warranty.  Where did you buy it, and how long ago?

Yes, I can take some photos of what its like.

It does play music  and everything but it freezes alot and alot and the buttons are hard.

I would love to get the view and trade in for the connect.

So if you bought it off eBay, it’s not under warranty.

I seriously doubt that SanDisk would have any interest in giving you anything for your used, scratched, discontinued player.

We registered it online so it was under warranty.
