I Just bought this Sansa Express and I plug it in and i hear the sound that a device was found, Then it acts like it dissconects say MTP Device hjas been Found. And just repeatly Connects then Disconnects. And i also see nothing on the sansa screen I would really like some help please.
Are you plugging the Express into a USB hub, or directly to the computer? Mine acts like this when plugged into a hub, but is fine plugged directly into the computer’s USB port.
