im having a problem with my passport wireless, when i try to connect it via wireless/wifi it will stop and close the program from mobile phone and/or laptop… and LED’s of both power and wifi blinks RED at the same time 
Follow instructions in the complete user manual found here, to restore the unit to factory defaults. Follow instruction carefully.
