I have a problem with making a back-up. I want to make a back-up from my dropbox documents to my external drive (my passport ultra 1tb). However, if I try to do this in WD smartware pro I cannot select the documents of my dropbox because it is stated that they are ‘excluded’ from back-up (documents are displayed in grey). Can anyone tell me how to resolve this? Thanks!

What is the extension of the files that you want to backup? Have you also tried to backup other type of files?
