HELP! It takes FOREVER for this thing to back up all of my files (including Dropbox) and when I open the Windows File Explorer to view the backed up files in the Passport Ultra, they are all there, but they are EMPTY!! WHY??? How did this happen?! How can i fix it? Otherwise, this thing is useless and I might as well return it where I bought it! THANKS!!

If you are using WD Smartware, I recommend you uninstall and reinstall the software and then try again.
