Any positive experience of connecting MyBook Essential USB to Router?

Hi all,

i am trying desperately to connect a MyBook Essential USB 3TB to a wireless router using the USB connection.

So far I tried Linksys E1550 and Belkin N750DB with no success. 

any positive story of someone that was able to connect the MyBook Essential to a wireless router through USB?

are the routers able to read 3TB drives?  you need to check with the manufacturers to find that out.  I know that the wd tv’s had a 2 TB limitation for a long time, before that got fixed.  check for firmware updates for the routers, and see if that fix has been included.
