0x800701E3 ERROR when writing into micro sd card 32GB

I also tried to

  1. format the card throught right click computer -> manage : fail

  2. use SD formatter 4.0 : was told cannot write the card

         then I tried to use regedit to add “storage device policies” with field “write protect” valued “0” : fail

Please kindly help to solve the problem. Is the card dead? Can it be used again?

Probably best to call SanDisk Tech Support then. If they determine it can’t be recovered and/or is defective, they can arrange a warranty replacement to be sent to you.
