WD Passport 2TB - Format to incorrect volume size

Hi,

I recently accidentally created a Windows 10 recovery disk on my passport instead of my memory stick and now the drive only shows.formats at 32GB.

Is there anyway I can reformat or restore the drive back to 2TB?

Write zeros on the drive, then initialize and reformat it.
