Formatting My Passport 2tb for recovery disc

I formatted my 2tb My Passport for use as a recovery disc for Windows 10. My drive now has only 32gb total space. Is it possible to recover my drive? I lost no data.

Do you have any data in the drive?
Is the drive showing the total space of it as 32 GB?
In which file system did you format the drive i.e NTFS,exFAT or FAT32 ?

There is no data on the drive. It shows 32gb total space. It is FAT32
