i recently downloaded a bunch of pictures and bought a ton of music on my laptop. i plugged in my passport, it ran through a backup, and i decided to double check to make sure all these new files made it to the backup, and none of them did, in fact the files on passport looked like they hadn’t been backed up in a long time even though i plug it in and backup regularly. what gives?

what passport are you using? what backup software are you using? how exactly did you check to see if all your files made it into the backup?
